After winning the American Idol back in 2005 and 7 Grammys, the singer and songwriter Carrie Underwood launched her first book that’s not about music. Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life is a book about the fitness philosophy that she calls Fit52. Carrie Underwood is not only a successful singer, businesswoman and designer who also raises 2 children, she’s also a healthy lifestyle advocate.

Fit52 App Launched Too

About the book, Carrie Underwood says that:

“It looks at health as an overall balanced approach to things and being good. It's more about what your week looks like instead of trying so hard to be super-strict every single day.”

In the meantime, the Fit52 app has been launched too. This app is designed to help people stick to their healthy regimen and always be at their best. The Fit52 workout program involves picking cards from a deck in order to determine exercises. In the book, the singer shares recipes and journals her healthy lifestyle practices. The app is an extension of the book, meant to make fitness fun by turning it into a game. It’s free to download and comes with a 2-week free trial period, after which it needs to be bought with a subscription.

The Book Reveals Underwood’s Journey to Healthy Living

Underwood wanted to share her journey to healthy living, so she included it in the book. She says that her metabolism started to change when she was about 20 years old, so she decided to make a change in her nutrition and to exercise more.

“I remember what that felt like to feel slow and tired, and I don't want to go back,” she said.

After making changes in her life, she stayed on the same path, reaching to a point in which she became suitable to give advice to others.
